Osborn House is an Old Khmer House situated 20 minutes from Siem Reap . We provide residential care for up to 35 children from impoverished backgrounds the centre trains staff in good child care practice and management skills . The children are look after in a( family home ) atmosphere , attending local Khmer school and English language lessons , The centre also opens it’s door to 120 children from poor families living nearby who want to learn English ,
Located some 18km from Siem Reap the village of Kompong Pluk is an absolute must see , Built in the flood plane of the Tonle Sap the house here tower on Stilts as high as 10 meters , In wet season the stilts are hidden and water laps at the floor boards ,
The flood mangrove forests are an incredible sight and a wonderful to tour by boat ,
